Dr Ling is an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon who has more than a decade of experience in the field of Orthopaedics, while serving the Ministry of Health of Malaysia since 2009.
He worked in several tertiary hospitals such as Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun Ipoh, Hospital Taiping, Hospital Sungai Buloh and University Malaya Medical Centre.
He completed his undergraduate training in 2009 from one of the prestige soviet universities - Crimea State Medical University, Ukraine.
He obtained his postgraduate degree in Master of Orthopaedic Surgery from University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2019.
To improve his skillset and knowledge in a more specialised area of Orthopaedics, Dr Ling underwent several fellowship trainings in Shoulder & Elbow Surgery from Asan Medical Center (Seoul, South Korea), Arthroscopic & Sports Medicine from Thammasat University (Bangkok, Thailand) and AO Trauma Fellowship in Korean University Guro Hospital (Seoul, South Korea).
