tennis elbow

This is a condition where you experience a painful area over the outer part of your elbow. It is caused by inflammation of a group of tendons - the extensor tendons of the forearm. Inflammation happens due to repetitive strain injuries caused by same kind of repeated motion of the forearm such as gripping, twisting or swinging. This motion are typically seen in racket sports especially in tennis player, hence how it got its name from being a common sport injury.
